Vegan hot chocolate with oat milk

In the mood for a vegan indulgence? Treat yourself to a hot chocolate with oat milk, high-cocoa dark chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil. The cocoa and chocolate will dissolve and the starch will thicken the hot chocolate.
  2. Divide the hot chocolate between two cups and serve. If you like, top with frothed oat milk (or vegan cream) and sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon. Enjoy hot.
