Vegan hot chocolate with oat milk
In the mood for a vegan indulgence? Treat yourself to a hot chocolate with oat milk, high-cocoa dark chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil. The cocoa and chocolate will dissolve and the starch will thicken the hot chocolate.
- Divide the hot chocolate between two cups and serve. If you like, top with frothed oat milk (or vegan cream) and sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon. Enjoy hot.
