Der vegane Matcha Latte mit Sojamilch ist eine delikate Kaffee-Alternative. Zum Aufschlagen nehmen wir einen Bambusbesen ➤ sorgt für mehr Gelassenheit.

Preparation

  1. Pour 100 ml of hot, but not boiling, water over the matcha and Hermesetas Granulated, beat with the ‘chasen’ (bamboo whisk) and divide between two cups.

    Tip: Instead of the chasen, you can also use a milk frother.
  2. Warm and froth the soy milk and pour over the prepared tea. Enjoy!
