Vegan cookies
Making vegan cookies yourself is really easy! Try our simple recipe of rolled oats, coconut oil, chocolate and Hermesetas Granulated instead of sugar.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Place the oatmeal into a food processor and blend into fine oatmeal flour. Place it into a bowl and mix together with flour, baking soda and salt.
- Place the butter, coconut oil, Hermesetas Granulated, seeds from the vanilla pod and egg substitute in a bowl and whisk at high speed until smooth.
- While continuing to whisk, add the dry ingredients a little at a time and then mix well. Continue until all of the flour mixture has been added. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold into the batter.
- Shape 12 balls from the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the balls flat into cookie shapes. Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
