Making vegan cookies yourself is really easy! Try our simple recipe of rolled oats, coconut oil, chocolate and Hermesetas Granulated instead of sugar.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Place the oatmeal into a food processor and blend into fine oatmeal flour. Place it into a bowl and mix together with flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Place the butter, coconut oil, Hermesetas Granulated, seeds from the vanilla pod and egg substitute in a bowl and whisk at high speed until smooth.
  3. While continuing to whisk, add the dry ingredients a little at a time and then mix well. Continue until all of the flour mixture has been added. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold into the batter.
  4. Shape 12 balls from the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the balls flat into cookie shapes. Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
