Banana and walnut muffins

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. Place the dry ingredients (spelt flour, rolled oats, Hermesetas Granulated, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon) in a bowl and mix well. Chop the walnuts and set aside.
- Mash the banana with a fork and combine well with the rapeseed oil and egg. Add the banana mixture and half of the chopped walnuts to the flour mixture and stir. Divide between four muffin cases, sprinkle with the remaining walnuts and bake for 30 minutes.
