Easy peanut butter biscuits

An everyday treat: Switch off for 20 minutes and prepare these delicious peanut butter biscuits for your next coffee or tea break.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, egg, Hermesetas Granulated and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into around 16 balls, place them on the baking tray with sufficient space in between, and press down slightly. Bake the biscuits on the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes.

    Hint: Instead of crunchy peanut butter, you can also use creamy. The peanut butter must be salted. If not, do not forget to add around 1/2 tsp of salt.
