Virgin Mojito

PREPARATION:

Divide the mint leaves and lime chunks between 2 glasses, giving each chunk a squeeze as you add it. Add 10 drops of Hermesetas Liquid to each glass. Now add the Hermesetas Granulated and muddle (squash) together with the handle of a wooden spoon to bring out the juice and the mint flavours. Add ice cubes to each glass, then top up with sparkling water, stir and serve with a sprig of mint and wedges of lime.

TOP TIPS
Virgin mojito is ideal for a party. Double or treble the quantities then in a big jug simply mix the mint, lime and Hermesetas together. Keep in the fridge then add the ice and sparkling water just before serving.
