Traditional English mulled wine with spices

Preparation
- Use a peeler to peel two strips of zest from the orange and the lemon. Squeeze the orange.
 - Place the freshly squeezed orange juice, 100 ml red wine, Hermesetas Granulated, orange and lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
 - Reduce the heat, add the star anise and the rest of the wine, and heat the mulled wine gently for 5 minutes. Remove the spices and serve the mulled wine hot.
