Sweet & Sour pork chinese style
Sauce: Combine the ingredients for the sauce (Hermesetas Granulated, soya sauce, ginger paste, red chilli paste, cornstarch and water).
Pork in the Wok: Fry the pork, add the chopped lemongrass and grated lime peel and lime juice. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the pieces of lemongrass, check the taste, and add more spices if needed. Dress with shredded parsley or coriander. Enjoy with noodles or rice.
