Soy marinated chicken skewers

PREPARATION:

Finely grate the ginger. Place into a bowl and add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and Hermesetas Liquid Sweetener. Press the garlic clove into the bowl and stir. Cut the chicken fillets lengthways and turn them in the marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid or a sheet of cling film and place in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours. Place the pieces of chicken on the skewers and fry in a pan with plenty of oil at a high heat. Remember to turn the skewers regularly so that the chicken cooks on both sides. Serve the chicken skewers with a garnish of coriander. Serve with rice or naan bread and salad.
