Simple vegan chocolate truffles

Making your own vegan chocolate truffles is so easy! Our delicious recipe with coconut milk is ideal as a gift or a treat for yourself.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the chocolate finely and place in a heat-resistant bowl. Combine the coconut milk, Hermesetas Granulated and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the mixture to the chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool, then refrigerate for around 2 hours.
  2. Use a teaspoon to take small portions of the chocolate cream, shape into balls and roll in the cocoa powder.

Tip: Store the truffles in the fridge until eating or giving as a gift (max. 10 days).
