For a treat for all the family: Cook our delicious, creamy rice pudding with almonds and a warm cherry sauce, sugar-free and also suitable for diabetics.
- Prepare a portion of rice pudding using 1 litre of milk and approx. 200 g of rice, remembering NOT to add salt. (Follow the instructions on the packet of rice pudding).
- Wait until the rice pudding is cold and then stir in the vanilla seeds, chopped almonds, grated lemon zest and Hermesetas Granulated.
Whip up the cream and stir into the pudding.
- If you like, you can serve the rice pudding with warm cherry sauce.
