Raspberry Kisses

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 190C.

Cream together low fat spread and Hermesetas Granulated. Gradually beat in the egg then sift in the flours and baking powder, add a few drops of almond essence and enough milk to make a stiff mixture. Using wetted hands take small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on greased baking trays. Press slightly flat with the prongs of a fork. Also keep the prongs of the fork wetted as you work. Bake the kisses for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool then sandwich together in pairs with the raspberry jam and serve in paper cake cases.
