Quick cherry ice cream
Yoghurt, cream, cherries and two tablespoons of Hermesetas Granulated: 4 ingredients for a quick cherry ice cream that you will remember for a long time.
- Pulverise the frozen cherries and Hermesetas Granulated in a food processor. Mix yoghurt and cream and slowly add it in. Serve directly and enjoy.
Tip: The recipe is easy to follow, even without a powerful food processor. Simply let the cherries thaw for 10 minutes and then blend them together with the Hermesetas Granulated, yoghurt and cream. Pour the cherry mixture into a flat bowl and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes and wait until the ice cream mixture crystallises. This also allows you to stop the ice cream from being too liquid.
