Peach melba

Peach melba has been a popular dessert since 1899. Prepare this cool delicacy in just 10 minutes and enjoy at your leisure.

Preparation:

  1. A little tip before you start: Do not prepare the raspberry sauce until just before serving.

    For the sauce, purée the raspberries with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tsp of Hermesetas Granulated. Then press through a sieve. If using frozen raspberries, defrost them first.
  2. To serve, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream and one peach half on each plate, drizzle with raspberry sauce and decorate with fresh raspberries.
