Peach melba has been a popular dessert since 1899. Prepare this cool delicacy in just 10 minutes and enjoy at your leisure.
- A little tip before you start: Do not prepare the raspberry sauce until just before serving.
For the sauce, purée the raspberries with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tsp of Hermesetas Granulated. Then press through a sieve. If using frozen raspberries, defrost them first.
- To serve, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream and one peach half on each plate, drizzle with raspberry sauce and decorate with fresh raspberries.
