Oat cookies with dark chocolate

Cookies without sugar – is it possible? Not only is it possible, it’s delicious! Our recipe for sugar-free crispy oatmeal cookies is so easy and tasty! Create the perfect snack with only a few ingredients and 15 minutes of baking!

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Melt the coconut oil, pour into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into 8 equally-sized balls and place them onto the baking tray. Flatten the dough balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
  4. Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. Place on a rack to cool.
