Oat cookies with dark chocolate
Cookies without sugar – is it possible? Not only is it possible, it’s delicious! Our recipe for sugar-free crispy oatmeal cookies is so easy and tasty! Create the perfect snack with only a few ingredients and 15 minutes of baking!
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt the coconut oil, pour into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into 8 equally-sized balls and place them onto the baking tray. Flatten the dough balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. Place on a rack to cool.
