Try these delicious oatmeal cookies for breakfast or as a snack. You only need 5 ingredients, so these are made in no time!

Preparation:

  1. Cut the butter and place in a bowl. Leave to soften at room temperature. Add Hermesetas Granulated.
  2. Use a hand mixer to blend into an even mixture. Add table salt or low sodium salt and mix.

    Add the oats and flour. Mix to a slightly crumbly texture using the hand mixer. Separate the dough into smaller sections and add to baking trays. Use a fork to push each section into a cake of even thickness.
  3. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden yellow.
