Sommerfeeling aus dem Gefrierfach: Verwandeln Sie Cantaloupe Melonen, Zitronensaft, Zitronenschale und Minze ganz leicht in ein fruchtiges Eis am Stiel.

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin and seeds from the cantaloupe melon. Place the flesh in the mixer together with the Hermesetas Granulated, lemon juice, lemon zest and mint and blend for 60 seconds on the highest setting to create a fine puree.
  2. Divide the melon mixture between 6 ice lolly moulds, insert the sticks and place in the freezer until completely frozen.
