Melon ice lolly with mint

Summer feeling straight from the freezer: Transform cantaloupe melon, lemon juice, lemon zest and mint into a fruity ice lolly.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skin and seeds from the cantaloupe melon. Place the flesh in the mixer together with the Hermesetas Granulated, lemon juice, lemon zest and mint and blend for 60 seconds on the highest setting to create a fine puree.
  2. Divide the melon mixture between 6 ice lolly moulds, insert the sticks and place in the freezer until completely frozen.
