Meatballs in tomato sauce
PREPARATION:
Combine the meatloaf mix ingredients into a bowl. Blend the ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes. Put the sauce ingredients including Hermesetas Granulated into a saucepan and let simmer at low heat for 5–10 minutes. Pour the sauce into a casserole dish, roll the meatballs and add them to the tomato sauce. Shred thyme leaves on top. Oven bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Freeze any leftover food that has cooled down right away.
They go very well with mashed potatoes, pasta, couscous, salad or bread.
