Berry Pie on Ban dough base

PREPARATION:

For 1 oven pan about 34 x 40 cm.

Pour warm (42°C) milk into dough bowl. Mix dry yeast, salt, cardamom and Hermesetas Granulated to milk. Leave couple of table spoonful of flour for dough mixing. Add half of the flours and stir the dough strongly. Add melted fat and the rest of the flour and mix spongy dough which easily can be pulled away from the edges of the bowl. Cover the dough and let it rise to double size. Place piece of baking paper on the table. Sprinkle thin layer of the flour on the paper, turn over the dough on the paper and sprinkle little bit flour on the dough. Shape the dough to size of the baking paper. Draw dough plate with baking paper to oven plate. Mix Hermesetas Granulated and potato flours with half melted berries and spread the filling on the dough plate. Turn the edges of the dough on the filling.

Bake in the oven in 200 °C  about 20 minutes. Enjoy warm.
