Grilled nectarines with mascarpone cream

Barbecue something sweet this summer! If life gives you nectarines, then barbecue them... and top them with mascarpone, lemon and pistachios. These barbecued nectarines taste fruity, fresh and creamy. A perfect barbecue dessert!

Preparation:

  1. Wash the nectarines and cut into slices measuring approximately 0.5 cm.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brush the surface of the nectarines with Hermesetas Liquid. Once the pan is very hot, fry the nectarines for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Put the mascarpone in a bowl and mix with the vanilla paste and Hermesetas Liquid.
  4. Before serving, drizzle the nectarines with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped pistachio kernels and mint leaves.
