Goat cheese salad

PREPARATION:

Measure the blackcurrants, Hermesetas Granulated and split vanilla pod in the kettle. Heat to boil and let simmer few times. Cool down. Mix the salad mixture, split cherry tomatoes, shredded sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice, Hermesetas Granulated sweetener, salt and pepper. Mix salad carefully. Dice the toasted bread slices. Divide the salad on the plates, sprinkle bread cubes on the salad and divide the sliced goat cheese on the portions. Share the blackcurrant jam on the cheese just before serving.
