Fried oxheart cabbage
Peel the outermost leaves off of the oxheart cabbages, and then cut the cabbages into quarters. Melt the butter (or margarine) in the pan and fry the oxheart cabbages at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the sides turn a golden colour. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the oxheart cabbages while they fry. Pour the olive oil and the lime juice into a small bowl. Chop the mint leaves very finely and place them in the bowl together with pepper and Hermesetas Liquid. Stir. Arrange the fried oxheart cabbages on a platter and pour the dressing over the cabbages. Then, finely grate the lime peel over the oxheart cabbages.
