Fluffy apple cake with marzipan and almonds

Are you looking for a fluffy and healthy apple cake made with spelt flour? Our recipe with marzipan, almonds and raisins is a guaranteed success!

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Grease a large loaf tin. Melt the butter. Peel the apples and chop into small pieces. Dice the marzipan. Set both aside.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and combine until smooth. Spoon the batter into the tin, top with the chopped almonds and bake on the middle shelf for around 60 minutes.
