Flambéed bananas with whisky

Flambéed bananas with whisky, vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon. This dessert is perfect for unexpected guests – it only takes 20 minutes!

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan together with Hermesetas Granulated. Add the vanilla seeds and cinnamon and stir well.
  2. Slice the banana in half and place the halves in the pan with the other ingredients. Dribble whisky over the banana and use a lighter to flambé it. After the fire has extinguished, take the banana out of the pan and serve with vanilla ice cream.
