Flambéed bananas with whisky
Flambéed bananas with whisky, vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon. This dessert is perfect for unexpected guests – it only takes 20 minutes!
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan together with Hermesetas Granulated. Add the vanilla seeds and cinnamon and stir well.
- Slice the banana in half and place the halves in the pan with the other ingredients. Dribble whisky over the banana and use a lighter to flambé it. After the fire has extinguished, take the banana out of the pan and serve with vanilla ice cream.
