Crepes with Cranberries 

PREPARATION:

Place all the ingredients for the Cranberry jam into a saucepan and heat gently. Leave to simmer while the liquid evaporates and the jam slowly thickens. Avoid stirring too much, so that the berries remain intact. Place the flour, salt and Hermesetas Granulated into a bowl. Add the milk a little at a time, whisking continuously. Continue until all the milk has been added. Add the egg and butter, and whisk together. Melt a small amount of butter in the pan and cook the crepes.

Note:
The cranberries  can be substituted depending on season with raspberries, redcurrant, lingonberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or elderberries.
