Autumn plum crumble with cinnamon

Hot, crispy and fruity. Plum crumble warms your soul on dreary autumn days. Also tastes great with Greek yoghurt for breakfast.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Wash, de-stone and halve the plums. Add to an ovenproof dish and bake on the middle shelf for around 10 minutes.
  2. While the plums are baking, mix the oat flakes, Hermesetas Granulated and cinnamon in a bowl and knead with the butter. Coarsely chop the walnuts and work into the crumble mass. Divide the finished crumble mass across the baked fruit and bake for another 25 minutes.

Tip: Great with Greek yoghurt for breakfast!
