Apple, Lingonberry and Walnut Cake
This fruity cake combines apples, cranberries and walnuts, and is sugar free: tastes great and is even suitable for diabetics.

30 g | Hermesetas Granulated |
3 | Eggs |
150 ml | Milk |
175 g | Plain flour |
2 tsp | Baking powder |
50 g | Roughly chopped walnuts (save some for garnish) |
200 ml | Fresh or frozen lingonberries |
2 - 3 | Tart apples, preferably red |
