Apple muffins with roasted almonds and cinnamon

Moist and fluffy – that’s how apple muffins should be! Do you agree? Then use our simple recipe with roasted almonds and cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
    Roast the chopped almonds in a pan. Peel, core and dice the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Set both aside.
  2. Mix together the ground almonds, baking powder, butter, Hermesetas, eggs and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in the apple pieces, then divide evenly between 6 muffin cases. Garnish with the roasted almonds and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
