Home-made muesli bars with banana and chocolate
Home-made muesli bars are ideal as an invigorating snack: Banana, chocolate and cashews give you new energy.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the dry ingredients along with the coconut oil and egg, then mix well. - Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 2 cm thick) and spread evenly. Cut into pieces measuring about 2x5 cm using a knife, then bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Leave the bars to cool completely before decorating them. For the decoration, melt about 30g of chocolate in a bain-marie and trickle it over the bars as a topping.

For the decoration
| 30 g | Chocolate (at least 60% cocoa solids) |
