Sugar-free spiced almonds just like at the fair
All the fun of the fair, whenever you like: These sugar-free spiced almonds with coconut oil, cinnamon and vanilla are so easy to make.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Place all the ingredients except the almonds in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to medium, add the almonds and stir until the liquid has evaporated.
- Spread the almonds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
