Muesli, a delicious Swiss invention, now in circular. Try our cookies with spelt flour, finely grated apple and oats.

Preparation

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a firm dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Shape the dough into 30 small balls, place them on a baking sheet and press down slightly. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.

150 g Oats, fine
50 g Spelt flour
10 g Hermesetas Granulated
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt

80 g Raisins
