Granola breakfast tartlets
How about a granola tartlet for breakfast? Its fruity, creamy topping is made with berries and skyr, a dairy product from Iceland.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 165 °C. Grease six tartlet forms and put aside. Pour the ground almonds, oats, Hermesetas Granulated, salt and cinnamon into a bowl and combine. Add the coconut oil and combine with the other ingredients using your hands or the back of a large wooden spoon. Roughly chop the almonds and mix into the batter. Finally, add the melted butter and knead the dough together well.
- Fill the granola mixture into the tartlet forms and press down well. Bake the tartlets in the oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, then remove and allow to cool. Serve with skyr and fresh berries.
