Bread baked in a pan

PREPARATION:

Blend warm buttermilk, yeast, salt, Hermesetas Granulated and half of the flour together. Beat the mixture vigorously for two minutes, then add the oil and the rest of the flour. Knead till it is a resilient dough. Cover and allow to rise to twice its height. Split the risen dough into two parts, roll the dough pieces a little and put them into the bread pans. Cover and let rise. Brush the loaves with a little water and sprinkle the seed mixture on top. Press the mixture with your hand so that it sticks to the surface. Prick the loaves with a fork.

Bake at 175–200 °C for about 25 minutes.

Tip! Roll the dough into bread rolls – you’ll get 24 rolls from this serving.
