Mix your own little health booster; all you need is raspberries, blackberries, bananas, milk and a few drops of Hermesetas Liquid.HINT: Use different berries (fresh or frozen as available) depending on the season and your personal preferences to find your perfect blend. For an additional boost of freshness, add 2 to 3 leaves of lemon balm or peppermint before blending. Want it vegan? Then simply use almond, soy or any other plant-based milk instead of regular milk.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Blend again and fill into glasses immediately. Wonderfully refreshing!
